To become a participating Cousin we ask that you to send printed copies of your Family Group Sheets (essentially, all the info you have in some comprehensive format) of each family as far back as you can go to Marianne Stebbins Beck. She will enter that information into the database. If you need a little help in linking your family to ours, you may contact Marianne Stebbins Beck or President, Capt Rod Stebbins.

You may also send photos or copies of any supporting documents such as obituaries or wills to be scanned in and included in the database. These can be returned to you, but you must note that when sending them. Any other relevant documents are also welcome. Include a note as to what should be returned.

Include your mailing address, email address and phone number in case we have questions.

If you wish to receive a copy of the CD upon completion of your data entry, please also enclose a check to cover production costs to Marianne Beck in the amount of $25. Mail your information to:

Once you have mailed your information with us, Marianne will notify you by email that the work has been done. You will then receive an invitation to join the Stebbins Ancestral Society. Remember that only verified Cousins are invited to join! Once you have established your line you may obtain a copy of the Cousin database that will then contain everything you sent. We are currently producing the full database in Family Tree Maker version 10.0, the very latest version.

The cost of the CD is $25 to cover the cost of production and the acquisition of equipment in the future. Dues of an additional $25 are voluntary and go to such things as website hosting, reunion organization and various sundries otherwise necessary to keep up and enhance the Society.

The CD includes much more information than what is in the GEDCOM file available here, including documents such as wills, and photographs. This database is for cousins only and not to be commercially developed; after all, this is a part of our family.

We are strictly a non-profit Society just wishing to pass along information to those that are connected to the Stebbins Family ONLY.
We also reserve the right not to accept material sent to us.
